User Agreement

General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter - Agreement, User Agreement) regulates the relations between the Site and the Users of the Site.

By using the Site and registering an account to use the Service , you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

1. terms and definitions

1.1 Website - is a service, which provides the Users with the opportunity to exchange digital and electronic currencies.
1.2 Service is a system of online services for exchanging, selling and buying digital and/or electronic currencies.
1.3 User is any natural person using the Service.
1.4 Digital Currency means Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and any other currencies based on the blockchain.
1.5 Electronic currency - funds in the accounts of users of electronic payment systems.
1.6 Payment system - a hardware and software product developed by a third party and representing a mechanism for recording monetary obligations and organizing mutual settlements between its users.
1.7 "Service" means assisting in P2P transactions between physical persons in buying, selling and exchanging digital currencies, as well as other services, information about which can be found in the Service window.
1.8 Payment is a transfer of digital currency or fiat money from the User to the User or to the Service, as well as in the opposite direction.
1.9 Order - is the expression of the User's intention to use one of the services offered by the Service by filling out an electronic form on the Service website, under the terms described in the Agreement and stated in the parameters of the Order.
1.10. Partner is the person who provides the Service with the services for attracting the Users, the terms and conditions of which are described in this Agreement.
1.11. Exchange rate is a value ratio of two digital currencies when exchanging them.
1.12. "Messages" includes email messages.

2. Services provided on the website

2.1 By submitting an Order, the User authorizes and the Service, in its own name and at the User's expense, sells and transfers digital and/or electronic or fiat currency to another User.
2.2 The Service remuneration amount for these actions is stated in the Order and confirmed by the User on one of the User interface pages.
2.3 The Service is obliged to transfer the funds received from the User in the amount stated in the corresponding Application within the time frame (depending on the exchange direction) from the moment of their receipt, unless there are any force majeure circumstances preventing this.
2.4 The Service's obligation to send the received digital and/or electronic or fiat currency to the User is considered fulfilled the moment the digital and/or electronic or fiat currency is debited from the Payment system account of the Service, which is recorded in the history of the Payment system.
2.5 By making an Order, the User instructs and the Service purchases electronic and/or digital or fiat currency from another User in their own name and at their expense, as well as transfers the equivalent amount of money to the User in the amount specified in the Order.
2.6 Within the time frame provided by the Service (depending on the direction of the exchange) from the moment of accepting electronic and/or digital or fiat currency from the User in the amount stated in the corresponding Order, the Service is obliged to transfer the User the equivalent amount of the transferred digital and/or digital or fiat currency in the way chosen by the User when making the Order.
2.7 The Service remuneration amount for the mentioned actions is stated in the Order and is confirmed by the User on one of the interface pages.
2.8 The Service's obligation to send the equivalent amount of the currency in digital, electronic or fiat currency is fulfilled at the moment the corresponding amount is debited from the Service's account.

3. Service fees

3.1 The Service administration determines the Service tariffs and they are published on the Service website. The management of the Service has the right to change the Service tariffs without additional notice.

4. Warranties and liabilities of the parties

4.1 The Service is financially responsible to the User in the amount of the electronic asset or the electronic money transferred to the Service for the execution of the Order.
4.2 The Service provides services of exchanging, buying and selling electronic assets or electronic money. The Service does not provide fundraising services, nor does it provide payments for goods or services from other providers.

5. Force Majeure .

5.1 If, in the event of force majeure, you either delay or fail to comply with any of these Terms, such delay or failure to comply will not be deemed a breach of these Terms and neither you nor Service may claim any loss or damage arising from such circumstances.

6. Final Terms

6.1 The Terms and Conditions are agreed to electronically with the User when registering. The agreement with the Terms and Conditions published electronically is valid and identical to the written agreement.
6.1 The Service reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the Agreement by publishing them on the Service's website. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication unless another timeframe for their entry into force is specified additionally when they are published. The User has the right to terminate the contractual relations with the Service because of their disagreement with the changes in such Terms. The User must notify the Service of their disagreement with these changes by sending the appropriate email.
6.3 The Service reserves the right to send the User e-mail messages containing information about the status of the exchange process, as well as other information, including promotional information.
6.4 The information found on the website, including all graphics, textual information, program codes, etc. is the property of the Service, and is protected by copyright laws.
6.5 The User confirms that he is familiar with all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and fully accepts them.
